We have a dispute that does not require provisional credit. But we have filed the dispute and successfully recovered the transaction and credited the customer. Looking back over the statements, this transaction caused an OD fee. My question is....since the transaction did not receive provisional credit, do we still need to refund the OD fee?

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
