Country with no duplicated telecommunication infrastructure.
The purpose of this post is to find out if anyone knows of a country (non communist) where there is no duplication of telecommunications infrastructure:
This could be because there is:
• only one telecommunications carrier in the country. I think I have read that Ethiopia may be an example of such a country. I am seeking to find others.
• a competitive telecommunications market but with only one set of telecommunications infrastructure. i.e. governments have regulated/banned the duplication of telecommunications infrastructure. e.g. optical fibre and mobile phone towers.
Your responses may assist with a research paper and/or book I am writing.
