Hey everyone. So I've been working as a pharmacy technician for a little over a year now and have ultimately decided to go to school for it. I got certified last month and going forward was mainly wondering: when I do wind up in school, will I still need to shadow pharmacists however often is required even though I have experience and references? Rotations are coming regardless I understand, but I literally work as a technician. Does anyone know if I could submit my work hours as shadowing experience or whatever they call it (when you visit the pharmacy to watch the way it works)? I'm not mad if I can't "get out of it" but just curious if I can save myself some time I can devote more appropriately in the future towards school.
I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
